QBO Setup
After we have completed our discovery session, we perform a detailed analysis of your business. This allows us to design a QBO bookkeeping plan customized to your business's needs. Not using QBO? We will design a migration plan to fit your needs instead.
Your customized plan will take between 5 to 7 business days to implement. We will develop a QBO workflow that suits your needs, and guide you through QBO to show you all it has to offer. Don't worry, no bookkeeping experience is required on your part. We do what you don't have time to do!
Monthly
General bookkeeping
We will categorize your expenses and income, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and communicate with you about any needs you might have. Depending on your customized plan, we will report on the health of your business monthly or quarterly.
Account Management
We use QBO and Hubdoc to sync all of your accounts in the Cloud. This allows us to inspect and categorize your transactions from anywhere. Depending on your customized plan we will take care of your payroll and accounts payable function as well.
Software as a Service
Learning cloud-based business services are time consuming and difficult. Depending on your customized plan, we will research, learn, and implement new software to keep your business running smoothly - so you don't have to.
